History of GASER

Hi, my name is Sergio Esteban, and I would like to build your next guitar.

Since I was a child, I have been a great music lover. During my adolescence I studied music theory, 3 years of piano and some guitar. Perhaps, by listening to so much genius from the 70s and early 80s, my musical taste was not defined by a single type of music, but by the sound and creative quality of bands and artists such as Supertramp, David Bowie, Queen, Lou Reed, Yes, Police, Aerosmith, Genesis, Alan Parsons, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Fleetwood Mac ….

Later, I focused on the Spanish guitar and later, on the electric and acoustic guitar. The influence of the greats of Rock and Blues —Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, Carlos Santana, Mark Knopfler, Gary Moore, Paco de Lucia, ….(my top guitarists)— led me to practice the little time I could, but that contact increased my curiosity for the instrument more and more. I knew that being in love with the guitar, I could become a good builder.

With this conviction, I began to investigate and work on guitar building methods. I met good luthiers, I learned from them, I spent a few years building different types of guitars and I bought many, hundreds (here I have some of them) of guitars from various mid- and high-end brands to learn about, listen to and see their particular differences and qualities.

Our main job is to build quality guitars, completely handmade and made to measure, adapted to the characteristics and demands of each client. At GASER, each guitar is a unique work, the fruit of passion and dedication to this noble craft.

The workshop is located in a small town in Murcia (Spain), from where we work for all corners of the world, bringing our passion and craftsmanship to each client.

We are not perfect. But the guitar you order from us will be.
